Resolution is a theme throughout Carrie Guarrero’s twenty-plus years in mortgage lending.  Carrie’s experience from helping over 2000 families finance their homes has given her high definition insight into what’s possible for people in many different situations.   The satisfaction of doing loans for children of clients she’s helped in years past is a perfect example of Carrie’s vision for her business relationships in action.   She brings understanding of the delicate nature of exposing one’s finances, and keeps the  importance of making informed decisions for clients’ long-term plans at the forefront of all of her dealings with people from first-time homebuyers to folks moving up, downsizing and reorganizing. 

Carrie amazingly chose her career at the age of 11 and jokes that “when other little girls were dreaming of becoming ballerinas, I wanted to do home loans.”  Carrie was exposed to the business by her loan officer mother…seeing houses being built and the excitement of buyers as they became homeowners left a lasting impression.  Through her trademark resolve, Carrie started young in the industry and is now Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Cornerstone Mortgage Company.

 Carrie has built her business and reputation through determination and a desire to serve.  Her efforts have included:

Carrie makes the most of her spare time by spending it with her husband, Daniel, and their seven children. Gardening and traveling are next on her list – time permitting!
