Bryan got to know us and our preferences very quickly, and helped us weed through listings (i.e. we have a king size bed, so any bedrooms that didn’t accommodate that were immediately out!). After just a few short weeks of searching, we found our dream home. With Bryan’s consultation, we put in an offer that we felt was strong and reasonable, and it was accepted! The home we bought was part of a relocation, which involved many different inspections and a lot of paperwork, but if this was more work or more stressful for Bryan, he never let us know that.
He was smart, detailed and very on top of everything. He made sure we stuck to crucial deadlines and always kept us in the loop. We closed on our new home on Thursday, and we are in love! Bryan works with an excellent team of people and really makes the home selling and buying process EASY and stress free. We would hands down work with him again, and I will refer him a million times over.
