Bryan was recommended to us from two different couples, both great friends of ours, who hired Bryan to sell their homes and find them new ones. Both sets of friends were extremely pleased with Bryan’s skills and knowledge, and overall liked him as a person, which is really important to my husband  and me.

We began working with Bryan in February 2016. We knew we wanted to put our home on the market in the coming months, but needed to do some work on the house first, so we consulted with Bryan and had him come over for a walk through. He provided us with lots of great suggestions about ways to improve our home, but was never pushy or negative about anything. And like I said, everything was just a suggestion, so if we decided not to make the change, it wasn’t an issue. By May 4th, our house was on the market. We had two showings that night and within three days we received seven offers (nearly all full price or over). Bryan went through each offer with a fine-tooth comb and gave us his suggestions about which were the strongest offers. He didn’t just choose the highest offer, but made sure the funding was strong and everything else was in line.

We really appreciated Bryan’s guidance through this because it would have been overwhelming otherwise! Once our house was sold, we started the search for a new home. Bryan set us up with a personalized MLS search that generated only the types of homes we were interested in and in the areas we wanted. Anytime we saw a listing we wanted to visit, we’d contact Bryan and set up showings. He was readily available and very accommodating.

Bryan got to know us and our preferences very quickly, and helped us weed through listings (i.e. we have a king size bed, so any bedrooms that didn’t accommodate that were immediately out!). After just a few short weeks of searching, we found our dream home. With Bryan’s consultation, we put in an offer that we felt was strong and reasonable, and it was accepted! The home we bought was part of a relocation, which involved many different inspections and a lot of paperwork, but if this was more work or more stressful for Bryan, he never let us know that.

He was smart, detailed and very on top of everything. He made sure we stuck to crucial deadlines and always kept us in the loop. We closed on our new home on Thursday, and we are in love! Bryan works with an excellent team of people and really makes the home selling and buying process EASY and stress free. We would hands down work with him again, and I will refer him a million times over.
